    • 2 tablespoon lime juice
    • 2 tablespoon orange juice
    • 4 clove garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tablespoon cumin
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 medium white onion, diced
    • 2/3 lime limes, sliced into wedges
    • fresh cilantro, chopped

      1. In a large bowl, mix together lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

      2. Add the flank steak to the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours (or overnight if possible for maximum flavor).
